The disaster control center is located in the central area in Nabari city. The facility shares an anti-seismic building with the fire department headquarters. During normal operation, the facility offers a disaster prevention training room and disaster experience corner to help enhance disaster awareness for residents of the area. The facility can also be used for urban enrichment activities by residents. In the event of a major disaster, it becomes a base for disaster-related activities by relevant agencies.
Convention(Conference) Facilities
Each of the training rooms features partitions, and if the partitions are stored the entire space can accommodate meetings for up to 250 people. Putting the partitions back into place enables three meetings to be conducted simultaneously. The facility is equipped with a projector and sound system.
