Misugi Cultural Center
Misugi Cultural Center is a multi-use central facility for the Misugi area of Tsu City, and opened in April 2014. Used as a base for regional activities by residents of the area, the facility includes a general branch office, library, health clinic, multipurpose hall, community center and human rights center.

Misuginosato Hall, a multipurpose hall with a capacity of 300, features a 12m x 4m stage and movable bleachers seating 198, as well as dressing rooms and shower facilities.
