The Ichishi Farming Area Development CenterIchishi was established for the purpose of improving and streamlining agricultural operations and the lives of farmers, and to foster a sense of community. The center is adjacent to the general branch of the city office and the community center.

Multupurpose Hall
The multipurpose hall, with a capacity of 360, has a stage measuring 11m x 6.3m, and the storable chairs afford great flexibility in devising a layout. The facility also offers conference rooms and a cooking practice room.
